TASK FORCE EQUAL CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PAROLE  REFORM

The Task Force will be made up of criminal justice officials such as prison wardens, police officers, sheriffs, constables, probation officers, mental health physicians and psychologist, pastors of churches, lawyers and other related agency representatives.

The Task Force will make arrangements for specific parolees who meet the criteria for being in the “Adopt A Parolee Program”. Different churches of all religions will be asked to participate in adopting a parolee according to their financial ability and size of the church.

A member of the church shall be assigned by the pastor to be a representative in the program. This member will meet ahead of time, before the parolee has been released to establish a relationship with the parole officer. A relationship with the parolee will than be established to help with the transition to normal life outside the pineal system.  The churches will provide through the Foundation housing, food, jobs and religious support in their faith or arrange for any faith the parolee shall request.  However it is not necessary that they have religious support, but strongly encouraged. It is suggested that the parolee be housed 50 miles or more from the original home base to give a new environment to help encourage the parolee without the previous bad influences. The program will last from three months to one year depending on the needs of the parolee.
